Terms of service
By using this service you agree to the following. Read it — particularly the clause about your responsibility for what the agent says to your customers.
Last updated:
1. What the service is
AiReply is a platform that lets you run an AI agent which answers your customers automatically on WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram, from the material you supply, capturing lead details and handing them to your team.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything done under your account. You must be authorised to represent the organisation you register, and at least eighteen years old.
3. You are responsible for what the agent says to your customers
This is the most important clause here. The agent speaks for your business, and the message your customer receives is your message. We build the tools that narrow the risk — the agent states no price unless it comes from a row a person on your team verified, and every reply passes a filter before it is sent — but AI model output is inherently not guaranteed, and can be wrong or incomplete.
- Review the material you upload; the agent answers from it, so its errors become the agent's errors.
- Do not approve price verification in bulk. The step exists so that a person reads each figure.
- Watch the inbox in its first days before leaving it unattended.
- Do not use the agent in fields requiring professional licensing — medical, legal or financial advice — without human oversight.
4. Your material stays yours
Everything you upload — documents, prices, images, conversations — remains yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process it in order to run the service for you, and nothing more. You may delete or export it whenever you want.
5. Third-party platforms
The service runs on top of Meta's official APIs, and Meta's own terms and policies apply to you alongside ours. Meta suspending your number or page, or changing its APIs, is outside our control and not our responsibility. Connecting a channel means you have the authority to do so.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages or anything that breaches Meta's policies.
- Impersonate another person or organisation.
- Carry out any unlawful activity, or publish content inciting hatred or violence.
- Attempt to reach another organisation's data or probe the system's limits without written permission.
7. Plans and billing
Billing is by session: a twenty-four hour window with one customer on one channel, however many messages it holds. The window runs from the first message, not the latest. Upgrading a plan is a request we approve, not an instant purchase — nothing is charged before you explicitly ask for it.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, stating the reason in writing. A suspended account keeps its data and its members can still see it, but its agents stop messaging customers. You may close your account whenever you wish.
9. Availability
We work to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee one hundred percent availability. It may be interrupted for maintenance or by a failure at one of our providers. We do not warrant that the agent's replies will be accurate or appropriate in every case.
10. Limits of liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for lost profits or for indirect or consequential damage. In any event our total liability does not exceed what you paid us in the twelve months before the incident. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will tell you inside the application before a material change takes effect, and continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept it.
